Hotel Policies

  • Minimum check-in age is 21.
  • Check-In time is any time after 3PM (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed).
  • Check-Out time is 11AM (Late check-out requests will be accommodated when possible).
  • Children aged 16 and under will stay free in the same room when using existing bedding. Over the age of 16, they are considered as an additional person.
  • You must advise Front Desk at check-in of the exact number of adults & children.

Payment Policies & Deposit Information

  • A valid credit card and photo identification must be presented at check-in. No 3rd party credit cards are accepted.
  • You may pay by credit card, cash, or travelers checks upon departure. No company or personal checks are accepted.
  • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel will authorize the credit card the day of arrival. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
  • Parking is available to our guests for $30 per night at a nearby locked garage. Please read Guest Parking for more details.

Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellation policy is 24 hours before your arrival date, which does not apply to all reservations; certain rates have special cancellation conditions.
  • Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records.

Pricing

  • All rates are per day pricing and does not include taxes.

Extra guests

  • All room rates are based on single or double occupancy.
  • An additional charge of $30 per night will apply for each guest above double occupancy.

Rollaway Beds & Cribs

  • There is an additional cost of $30 per night for each rollway bed.
  • Not all rooms will accommodate a rollaway, one rollaway per room.
  • Cribs are available by request.

Miscellaneous

  • The hotel is 100% non-smoking, violators will be assessed one night's lodging and $250.
  • No pets permitted other than service animals.
  • Please contact the hotel directly for any special requests.
