Bell/Concierge Full Time Position

Customer Service centered work environment looking for our next addition to our team.

Positive attitude, highly motivated, challenge driven candidate wanted.

Candidate will be able to manage time and tasks in a high stress environment. And also be able to stay on task and maintain a positive attitude.
 

FULL TIME

You must be available 7 days a week from 6am to 11pm (midnight).

Shifts will vary from 6-2p, and 2-10p typically, other shifts are also possible.

This is not a guaranteed or promise of hours or shifts. Shifts will change based on hotel needs.
 

 Job Requirements:

1 year Hotel experience OR 2 years Customer Service experience

COMPLETE understanding of Downtown Seattle

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be 18 or older 

Personal requirements:

Self-Motivated

Enjoy large crowds, speaking with people and recommending attractions, tours, transportation options, etc.

MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 60LBS Repeatedly, Main job duties are caring, moving, and storing luggage for our guests.

Confidence and Critical Thinking skills when dealing with difficult guests/situations

Communicate effectively and professionally with staff and guests

Punctual

Efficient multi-tasking in a fast-passed environment

Ability to stay calm in any situation

Positive attitude

Complete repetitive tasks/questions while maintaining attention to detail and a smile!

Ability to work alone, or as a team and manage your time efficiently to complete tasks on time

FULL TIME

Shifts will vary from 7-3p and 3-11p typically, other shifts are also possible.
